Get connected:

Many of our Syringe Services Programs are attended by community partners, ready to get folks connected to resources.

It's anonymous:

We provide our participants with an unidentifiable participant ID. This means that you do not need to bring any identification with you and we will not ask for it. This allows you to remain anonymous.

Gender Affirming Hormone Therapy supplies are now available at Queen City Exchange, Concord Exchange, and Hand-Up Exchange!
