Bill is retired from the Princeton University Plasma Physics Lab where he worked on computer applications for data acquisition, analysis, and display. He was on the Lab Council, worked in Science Education, and holds patents in Homeland Security technology. He was president of the Board of Trustees for the Presbytery of New Brunswick and president of the Urban Mission Cabinet, Inc. In New Hampshire, he enjoys church activities, working with immigrants seeking asylum, playing soccer and chess with his grandsons, doing syringe exchange, and volunteering at Hope on Haven Hill as a baby cuddler and handyman.

Dan Andrus is the Director of the Substance Use Disorder Treatment Project at the Foundation for Healthy Communities, an affiliate of the New Hampshire Hospital Association. He works with hospitals to improve screening and treatment for all types of substance use disorders.

Assistant Professor and Director of Advanced Practice Programs at MGH Institute of Health Professions, School of Nursing
Jason Lucey is a family nurse practitioner and assistant professor of nursing for the MGH Institute of Health Professions. In his academic and clinical work, Jason is committed to a mission of advancing care for a diverse society. Jason is a founding member of NHHRC and has been involved in advocating for widespread access to naloxone and other harm reduction services. In his academic life, Jason has led efforts to improve curriculum content covering harm reduction, substance use and compassionate/evidence-based care for all, but especially marginalized populations including people who use drugs. Jason lives in NH and enjoys hiking, biking, running, mountain biking, skiing, surfing and time with family.

Tina Nadeau

Tina Nadeau was appointed Associate Justice to the New Hampshire Superior Court in 1996, and in 2011, was appointed Chief Justice of the Superior Court. Justice Nadeau received a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire in 1985, and she received her law degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 1989.
